i really think.... there is a communication breakdown between all the upper and lower studies... are we scary to all of you? please tell me the truth and do no lie to me.. i want to know, i need to know what is troubling all of you! -this is merely a request,so please...-

from what i observe la.. is that you all seem to be alright about the trainings, but sometimes can really see that all you girls resent being in trainings... is there something wrong with us? did we do anything wrong? please tell us.. some of us can sense these things..

all you girls will be great leaders some day.. please continue to work hard and jiayou!

do not feel disheartened that we are always picking at some of the things you do.. you girls are actually doing a great job, but sometimes, our expectations become higher and higher as we believe you can do it.
and i know, sometimes all of us do scold and punish all of you too harsh, even when its not your fault sometimes. i am not too sure about the other leaders, but i am sorry and i will try my best to change, be the leader you want me to me.. i know they are sorry for some of the things they do as well...

to the new batch of leaders [now still not confirmed], please do not feel stressed about what your positions are. you just need to believe what you do is right, and carry it out with your heart, and you will be alright. and as long as you know what is right, you will not turn into what people call monsters-those people who hurt others without any care for their feelings.

i believe you can do it, but you yourself must believe you can do it.



i cannot and will not ask for too much. just do your best,okay?
we will try our best to improve everything, so please do your best.
