okies,so i went to the EOY cosfest just saturday...but cant blog abt it yet cos i want piccies!! oh well... *waits*
last week,did 'new job'. i also made 2 new friends! yay~ hahha.
the first was a girl by the name of XinYi (spelling?) from ZhongHua Sec.. she's a student councillor,and from my friend Joei (whom i got to know last year at the EOY cosfest'07 because she is Eli's friend,and i only just found out Joei's from ZhongHua last saturday because we only talked last sat,and none at all last year) i heard she's real smart! XinYi told me and Clara (because we went to work early and the place was still locked. Clara started talking to her,and it was then that we knew she watches anime too!) that she got DPA (Direct Polytechnic Admission) with her school results.. which goes to prove it. plus the fact the Joei told me XinYi always gets the top 3 positions in exams.. wow (:
plus,her ringtone is Futatsu no Kodou to Akai Tsumi!! at first i was thinking whose ringtone it was,and it turned out to be hers!! wooh~!! hahha
the next is a kinda shy boy named DaoYang.. he is softspoken,but he and i got put to the job of making/wrapping the western style hampers,so we had to sort-of talk. the next day,when Liang Gui and i were on the bus talking about this lamp she and the art club made for their teacher Ms Ng, DaoLiang came to sit behind us. he is,apparently,into art. he collects the tubes and cardboard from the workplace... we talked about anime (yes,turns out he watches them too. LiangGui went gaga when she found out,especially when he said he watches KHR)
he talks to us more often now.. saying Hi and Bye to us... (alot,and mostly that and nothing else)
anyways,the new job is fun. the plastic we used was like cling wrap... DaoLiang and i almost got fired immediately from our new task because we were 1)too slow; 2)left fingerprints on the cling wrap like material and 3)we did a poor job.
okay,mostly i think its 2 that got me fired from it. i was back to good ol' sticking-boxes-and-cans-to-baskets,though this is a different basket.
got cut at this new job too.. and even more than the last one.. i must be clumsy,unlucky,or both. sigh~
and the paint thingy from the rattan baskets somehow stains my hands.. my fingers now have this yellow-brown-orange tinge on them.. weird... oh well.... oh well........ i hate the cuts. especially since the plasters dont stick due to my stupid sweaty palms/soles. rarr.
was going to do the quizes from XinLi's blog but they wont let me copy and i'm lazy to type. so now i'll go check out deviantART.. bye~
