anyways,i want to take this chance to thanks clara for all the help!! (costume,custom-made,$128. lenses,buying online,about $15-$20. flute,borrowing,but only have silver while the one in the anime is gold. shoes and wig,pending and looking around)
its been more than a week since i started working last thursday.i'm currently working at Paya Ubi Industrial Park, at Eunos. its a job to wrap hampers. very tiring,really. but its fun to get to know new people.the boss is my junior's dad, Mr See. he's very concerned for his workers,and very amiable.the teacher Ms Anna is very pro at wrapping hampers (actually,so is the boss) and she wraps one real fast!there is an aunty there,i think she's the boss' elder sister. she's very loud,and didnt give me a very good first impresion,but once we got to know her she's actually very friendly too!last thursday,i started putting the decorations on the hampers. i continued on firday for half a day on friday and got on to sticking boxes (of biscuits/crackers,chocolate,kuih,mushrooms,cognac and more) and cans of drinks/pineapple onto baskets. i got pro at it after friday,and i was able to stick on all the foodstuffs in 7 minutes,plus sticking the double-sided tape on all the boxes. hehehe.i continued to stick on boxes and cans until this friday (which was 2 days ago) and i had been changed to learn how to wrap on the plastic for the hamper. i really sucked at first,but my best timing is also 7 minutes. haha.i swear, mostly everything in the place hates me.i get stabbed by tapee dispensers and bled countless times;the tape refuses to work with me,the edges of boxes will somehow hit me and not scar me but hurt me. rarr. and i'll somehow always knock off things,drop things,etc. i'm glad the scissorses dont have any grudge against me for the moment.worse is,my fingers and nails kinda suffered quite abit. the skin on my hand peeled off on some parts,and the tape dispensers kept chafing my fingernails and distorted them. now my nails are uneven. i'm glad yenni did not come to work for this job because she absolutely treasures her nails. then again,i doubt anyone else i know is as clumsy as i am.but the best part is that i have many friends working there!Clara came over this thursday. on the way home on the mrt she tried to get us to cosplay with her. she wants to cosplay Kazuki Hihara from La Corda d'Oro,a trumpeter. very fitting,as clara is a trumpeter in the school.in the end i was the only one who agreed. i have two criteria:the character has to play the flute (aka a flautist. <---according to clara the correct spelling and pronounciation is 'flautist and not 'flutist')the character has to have some sort of relationship with Kazuki.okay,so the first one is a whim of mine,but when i wikipedia-ed it,the only (main) character playing the flute is a good friend of Kazuki! i immediately decided on him,Azumu Yunoki.i was high was 3 days (since thursday till now. haha!) some info on Azuma Yunoki...

Clara offered to help me borrow a flute,and says she'll give me a crash course as long as i know how to make a sound on the flute. she initially suggested that i get xiao marc to help me,but i dont know him that well. i mean,we havent even talked before. but i'm just terrified i cant play well,if i can play,that is. on the mrt,clara suggested i try blowing into a plastic bottle. i blew and there was a note. clara says i'll do okay for the flute. i want to believe her,but i know i have some problems with coordination.and today afternoon, Kagami came over! i havent seen my beautiful best friend for almost 3 weeks and i totally missed her. i was all (in chinese) "Ah! you're here too!! i missed you!!!" and i was hugging her for about 2 minutes. yep,i'm this crazy! hahaha.i'm still waiting for eli to send me the AFA phots so i can blog about it... ELI! I WANT THOSE AFA'08 PHOTS! haha. jaa,minna~
