reason for posting? since i got posted to a new school.
i kinda already knew what courses i would get into when i submitted them,considering thatthey will no longer take off points for CCA and school results (not that mine are good but still) and since this is a post about schools and blah,i shall put on my results and choices and all.

i got an SMS this morning (it was sent to me at 6:09am but i was asleep)
at any rate,i already knew where i was gonna be posted,so i picked my choices really carefully.
each was within my areas of interest so i shouldnt have any regrets whichever course i get put into....but i was upset and confused and i had tears in my eyes. i was at a loss as to whether to cry because i couldnt get a biomedical science course (and therefore lose my dream of becoming a forensics in the future) or because i get to learn animation (and thus can do more drawing)
and like i always do,i snack/eat alot when i'm upset so i chowed down 6 biscuits and 1 kuih bahulu. then i made myself 1 bowl of fried rice for lunch (though it was 9++am)
i actually feel utterly sinful because i've been practically snacking these few days. (yes,its CNY,but still)
time to come up with a good exercise regime and find out more about NYP~ ciao..

its just 3 days into CNY and i'm damn bored. people have school,and work,and blah. i'm just staying home and using my computer. heck, i think i'll rant even if i had to go to school.
it just sucks that i have nothing much to do these few days until 31stJan (SOYA--Start of Year Again,a cosplay event) and i'll be bored after, till about 12thFeb when i have to prepare to go to taiwan and hopefully,celebrate my birthday with some friends before i go there. (19-25Feb)
PetSociety on facebook seems down for now.. i want the Dragon soft-toy and Black Billard Table that are only available for this week!
at any rate,i got to enjoy myself a little today because i went over to someone else's house and watched Animax there... me wants cable! (okay,so they didnt buy the channel and i had to watch the really small screen amongst the other 15,but still)

i then watched National Geographic Wild about humpback whales and giant otters..
when -if- i get cable,i would buy National Geographic, Animax, channel V taiwan, channel V international,and Animal Planet. i wonder how much that will cost me... speaking of which,i saw EOY'08 on Animax!! the girl who cosplayed as Gwendolyn (from some game) got 2nd price for drawing and for cosplay! she's brilliant~
i'm going to watch KHR again (i didnt know i'm at season 3 now but yes i am) and if i finish i'm going to have to catch up on
before actually moving on to other anime (like Blood+)

all i can say is that CNY is celebrated about the same way by Chinese all over the world. its really great to see that at least *some* of the Chinese tradition is left in all Chinese (at least those whom i know)
recently,i haven't been reading manga or watching anime due to my work and all... and i've been debating whether i should watch KHR -future- when i havent read the manga that far.
and i was thinking if i should read new manga and watch new (to me at least) anime when i still had a long waiting list. and since i havent been going on for about 2 weeks, i have 3 episodes of Jigoku Shoujo Mitsuganae, 2 episodes of Kuroshitsuji, and KHR just uploaded 2 episodes~ rarr....
i stayed awake for 24 hours straight! haha,that just feels like an achievement to me.
went to yijun's house and watched lots of Lollipop videos... i loved the NG part and the Sports Meet parts... and 敖犬 is damn cute!!! hahahaha~
i shall stop crapping for now.. got more CNY stuffs to do (though i've practically been slacking the whole day... i got home at 9am today and slept till 2pm... i still dont get my body's clock,which allows me to rest for about 5hours per time.)

actually, i miss work. i like the aunty very much.. hahaha. she's very loud, but she's good.
i dont miss sticking boxes though... but carrying and moving the cans and boxes, i'd do. heh.
work
since last firday,we've been trying to fix hampers whilst running productions. all because of the New Moon Premium Abalone Broth. apparently, there was some virus or something in that batch, and cans had foul smells when opened (expiry date was about september 2011). we were affected since all our Abalone Broth had that expiry date. they had to be replaced with Royal Thai Shark Fin and Premium Shark Fin Soup (Concentrated),which cost more than the Abalone Broth. (and thus,technically,we're making a loss instead since we cannot change the prices of the hampers. and now i'm worried about my pay because they may cut it. but i guess if that were so, it's really a no-choice situation) for such a thing to happen during CNY.... *sigh*
at least we learnt how to fix hampers.
decoration for CNY @ FTs
yeapps... monday and tuesday went to decorate the FTs so i had to get off early from work. turns out that both days i reach at 7++ 8pm then there was nobody there but me TT^TT and i told them i would be late. oh well.. the ranting shall stop here.
monday,Xin came with her mom.. they got me a prata with fillings!! thankies!! loved that dinner (?!) Xin kept taking doing the chihuahua dance (she was damn high) and took some photos of me. there was one she took that had a (fake) leaf on my hair. see the picture here.
tues went to tong de. jian wei and i wore shirts that are in the same shade of green and we got teased. rarr. like we dont already get teased since 3 years ago, before i found out something... anyways, i apologised to someone on that day,about a question that someone had asked some time ago.. (it reminds me of the game in japan,whereby you had 4 seconds to say "please" or "i'm sorry" when someone con--- nevermind)
Keslyn drew a cow (ox?) on the blackboard while i drew in the grasses below the cow, and the "fu" word on the cow... i'll see if i can get a picture when i visit again.
Dewi's birthday
i worked late on wednesday so i could get off early thursday to belated-ly celebrate Dewi's birthday. went to east coast park under the directions of the bus captain and Dewi. walked a long way to where they were,since i didnt go into the park the same direction they did...
Glenn saw me walking,and called out my name. he rode slowly so we went back to where Esther and Dewi were seated together. Glenn then started complaining about how the 2 girls rented the bike for 2 hours but only rode for a half hour. Dewi was dying to open her present. (thanks for waiting for me to open it!) she then saw Eeyore and was squealing over it. Esther was right that Dewi would be an "Eeyore-person". Dewi claimed to not let it go and was hugging it all the time. haha.
Esther then decided she wanted to climb one of the trees and they came back laughing. i was watching them from a distance (who else would watch our stuff for us?) Glenn: "Esther couldn't get pass the 2nd branch."
we then realised it was over the time they had to retun the bikes and so Glenn and i rode them back to the store while Esther and Dewi looked after our stuff.. Glenn and I had to walk back (it was a long walk,which is probably why Esther and Dewi didnt want to ride the bikes bakc to the store. according to Glenn, they only rented the bikes because they wanted to ride to 7Eleven.. ahaha)
on the way back, Glenn and i went to the beach for a walk.. i was facinated by the shells and so i collected a bunch of them.. i took 6 back with me though. Glenn was trying to make trails of his footprints in the sand.
Esther went to fly a kite she's made but it didnt manage to fly,so she lay on the sand and Glenn joined her afterward.
i ate more chips and nuts while sitting on the benches,and Dewi and i painted some shells with Esther's clear nail polish.
we then decided that it was late and time to go home.. we had a hard time deciding where to eat though. so we just walked to the bus stop and were going to take bus 13 when Glenn spotted bus 55,which goes directly to Bishan. they wanted to eat there and catch a movie (not Dewi; she was tired from waking up early to collect her passport) we just fell asleep on the bus. the ride took about an hour. Dewi decided to change buses and go home instead of having dinner with us. we went to the food court upstairs. Glenn went to get chicken rice, i looked after the bags and Esther went to see what movies there were. she wanted to watch Bride Wars but it wasnt showing at GV J8, and so i got my wish to watch InkHeart,which opens on that day. tickets were more expensive after 8pm though.
InkHeart was a great movie!!!!!!!!! i loved the guy who acted as Farin,the thief from Arabian Nights. he's cute!!!!! and when he ties up his hair at the last part of the movie... *squeals* (-gets shot-) the actress for Maggie was great too! and the grandmother was hilarious. "Do you have a plan? No! Just rent a bike,grab a map,and go....." and she was ranting all the way to the castle of Capricorn, the villian of the story. hahaha!
reached home at 12++am and then i had to work again friday morning... tired,but worthwhile!!

last day at work!!! actually,i had thought that i will have to work today but it seemed i didnt.. the teacher sms-ed me at 9plus pm..

okay,sorry about that. it was just that i like beautiful and cute things, so if you are cute/pretty and you see a girl with wavy brown black hair staring at you in awe,that's probably me.
i had left work early (yet again) because i was tired,and i wanted to use the computer. i step into the house and it appeared i was just in time for dinner. (dad had just managed to finish washing the crockery when he heard the keys turn)
but my brother's door was locked!!!!!! keys dont work 'cause his lock is spoilt.. i couldn't use the internet for one night!!! *cries* (and to think i got home early especially to watch anime... oh,speaking of which.... i'd better finish this post quickly so i can watch them.. wahahha)

nothing so far. still waiting for them to call me about my costume,but,nothing...........
i havent touched the flute in 2 weeks. guess i'll never even learn to play the scale.. oh well..

blogger has finally decided to work with me after so many (it seems like many to me,at least) days..
monday,i had recieved my results for my O Levels. turns out that my score was close to what my dream predicted. my L1R5 socre was right smack in the middle of 11 and 20. (its a pathetic 15 points)
i had worked hard for my chemistry,but i still got a C5 grade;whilst i was going to give up on my physics paper (i did study for it though,but not as hard as i did for my chemistry) and i got a B3. and i'd thought i'd screwed my english paper... i would NEVER have guessed that i'd get an A2 grade for it. oh well. everything is just like the teachers have said. mostly nothing is within your grasp in O's. as least i'd done my best,and i'll be beginning my new life in a Polytechnic soon. hopefully,i'll get into the first choice i'd put in my application (S98, Biomedical Science-Singapore Polytechnic)
went to Esther's after school to watch movies. bought Jolly Shandy and chips at Shop N Save before that. on the way to her house, Esther told us about how she and Glenn were not allowed in to watch Quarantine at the theatres.. it was kinda hilarious,really. Esther looks younger than 16 (which is a good thing in my opinion,other than having to get your I.D. checked once in awhile) so they didnt allow the pair of them in and insisted on checking their I.D.s but they allowed them both in afterward when they went in by themselves.
anyways,i we watched Journey to the centre of the Earth (in 3D at first) and then The Mummy-Tomb of the Dragon King. Clara kept laughing at the part in the first movie when the boy,Sean,was turning on the magnetic rocks. haha.
oh well.. gotta go sleep now.. will crap more soon..

omgsh. i'm gonna take my o's results later!! i'm so excited and distressed!!! i saw 2 numbers in my dreams. (mind you,i take my dreams real because a lot of them happen,like de javu.) the numbers i saw were 20 and 11,in that order. hopefully my score falls beyond that (meaning that i hope to get a single digit score though that's nigh impossible)
anyways,i want to wish all the best of luck! (its not like its possible for anyone but me read this before the results come out but whatever!)

yeapps, just as the title states. haha.i'm not going to work today since i'm feeling kinda sick... and i'm on recovery-from-chalet mode (aka sleep-a-lot)long post again........ resolutionsthis is like a i-must-type-this-or-else post. i mean,people rarely come to visit this blog anyway,so i dunno if there's a point in typing this. but i'm still gonna type it here anyways.be a more graceful person. okay,not graceful as in the dance-like-a-ballerina kind. what i meant was to be more forgiving of others. i find myself to be kind of a short-tempered person,so i want to change that;and hopefully i can.be a less whiny person. so as to cut down on irritating people. i know when i am irritating people sometimes. haha.think before i act/blabber. i mean,i do think,just that my reaction for crap is so much faster than my reaction to pain. so i should act slower? haha.finish watching these series-es!!!katekyo hitman rebornKO OneX-Familymy date with a vampire II and III第八号当铺that's all for the year. the 2 character changes are not going to be easy,but i'll try my best! 2/5 '06 chalet~!!!wooh~ me love this part the most!!chalet date: 5th-7th Janvenue: Aloha Loyang Pasir Ris,Bungalow 5 - Egret (the same place for the guides chalet in 2006) monday i went to work and went for the bbq at chalet. met cyy and kkj at the taxi stand while waiting for the shuttle bus. reached chalet,but they were already half finished with the food,so i helped barbeque the food. it was then 8pm and most of us wanted to watch Little Nyonya (final episodes) and the bbq pit was left alone... (aww..poor thing. heh ><) but there were a few of us who went to the pit once in awhile while the commercials were shown... and we made toast bread on the pit!! hehe. thanks for the idea,kagami~ (btw,weizheng loves the bread. haha) learnt how to play the card game "99"and played ban-luck again. nat won our money!! nathaniel,how could you? (actually you can. haha. i just wanted to crap.)went to the pool to swim with koonie. well,she swam while i just floated about in the water because i cant swim. kagami and luominate and yiting and yingying was with us but they were standing by the pool. heh.we had to go back to the chalet to bathe because it was about 12am. we play awhile in the chalet,playing 99 again. i then went to watch Bleach movie 2 on Joled's laptop while the rest of them played some game about a polar bear and a hunter. the movie about Hitsugaya Toushirou (gyah~) and his zanpakutou Hyourinmaru. Hyourinmaru has 2 wielders,and so Hitsugaya-taichou has to fight with his good (and supposedly dead) friend (who got revived in Hueco Mundo)junyan and his friend got back with some booze and i tried it. and seriously, Carlsberg tastes better than Tiger Beer (and smells less strongly)i thought the movie was kinda boring. i watched it halfway and went to the room which i placed my bag and found the girls playing some game. apparently,you give yourself a name and then open cards in turn. if someone opens a card and the 2 of you have the same card,the first to shout the other party's name wins and the loser takes all the opened cards. the winner is the person who clears all his/her cards first.YiQing- Kinokuniya (as to why,i have no idea,but hers was the easiest.)YiTing-Ponyo,Ponyo,Ponyo, onna no ko (it has a tune!)LuoMin-United Colors of Benaton (spelling?)YingYing-Carlsberg probably the best beer in the world (because i was drinking and she didnt have a name)i stayed till i finished my drink.and watching them play was one of the funniest things i've ever seen. yy was blur. people start to say her name and her reaction was just...nothing. like she didnt know she was called. yiting's name was hard to finish and so kiatjiun decided that those who were playing just had to sing the 3 ponyo part. and luominate's benaton part was hard to pronounce. it sounds like bend-a-ton and paddington. hahaha. kagami and i were just watching the 4 of them play.i went out to finish the rest of the movie after finishing my drink though. and i must say, alcohol is really all those bad things they put on tv. you get thirsty,you pee a lot,you lose sense of things. so really. DONT GO DRINK DRIVING.okay,the reason i said all that was because they're true. it was just 1 can of booze,and i got kinda dizzy + light-headed. but i got better while watching the other half of the bleach movie. hehe. went near the beach to talk with part of the class.. (luomin,kagami,koonie,kj,yingying,yiting,amanda,susan,justine,amelia, nat,tk,junyan,linny)was kinda fun. they had a truth or dare session and junyan was made to dance on the table. it was kinda funny,because he didnt want to do it at first. amanda played the song (i cant remember the name) while he just stood on the desk for a long time. they played the song again and he sang to the song while dancing. omgsh.anyways,after that session,tk came back with breakfast (it was about 4am) from mac's and the rest of them wanted breakfast. and so we went back to the chalet after they ordered nat and amelia to get them food. i learnt to play mahjong afterwards while they waited for their breakfast. its quite easy since we are only playing the easy game where you just have to get 4 sets of 3 and 1 pair of tiles to win. i won 5 rounds! hahaha. after watching so much of mahjong played on tv,i didnt realise it was this easy to play as long as you play the simple game. i got addicted to drinking and mahjong......i think. =w=;; oh well. we played till the sun rose,and it was time for breakfast! after that went to rent bikes. we rode in the whole park for about 1 hour++ and i had an accident. i was stupid. yy and kagami travel in the middle of the path and i was going quite fast so i swerved to the left. and they swerved to the left at the same time (they were in front of me and i didnt ring the bell) and so i just blanked out and swerved to the roadside where there are many trees. i braked when i saw a root protudint out of the ground,but since i was going fast the back of the bike just got jerked up and threw me off it. i got scratches on my knee,and since it had earlier injuries/problems i had trouble walking for the whole day. kagami and yy came back to help me,and called the other girls too. my bike was screwed though the chain was fixed back. they were just discussing how we should get back cos there were some double bikes. i think i got on their nerves cos koonie said, "give us a chance to help you!" the guys came but none of them knew how to fix the bike and so they called junyan over. it appeared the brake got stuck and the wheel couldnt turn properly but it was mostly fixed afterward.i'm sorry~~ but thanks for helping me,everyone!(and tanning oil doesnt work well. at least the one i borrowed from koonie. maybe it was because i need to constantly apply it and i didnt. i got a darker skin color for about 2 hours and then it faded. then again,i get back to my 'normal' skin color within 2-3 days everytime i get a tan,which really sucks because i want a tanned skin) dealing with muscle aches and butt pains now. the bicycle seat was horrid.anyways,stayed at the chalet to play more mahjong. samuel cooked us the kimchi flavored instant noodles. it tastes great! next time must buy some home.. hahaha.played at the beach afterward. i built a castle-like structure by myself xDDwe then saw a really small dog named Salmon and played with it. i wonder what breed it is~we saw some kites later on and some of them went to buy kites. i played with samuel's and let the whole reel of string run to see how high the kite will go. it could probably reach birds. heh.anyways,i played with it,and the wind got too strong and tugged the whole reel off my hand. the reel ended up in a tall tree and joled and i spent about an hour trying to get it down. it flew off after we got help from the storekeeper. they lent us a ladder and a hook thing but the kite got away.. sory,sam. went to play at the parapara machine at the arcade afterward. first time playing and i got past 4 stages! hahaha. i think there's really such a thing called beginners' luck after the mahjong and parapara thing. i 'died' at the song "one night in arabia" so i will not try that again. but the parapara machine was quite ex! $1 per game,which has 5 rounds if you pass them. went back to the chalet for pizza dinner. well,they ate and i got myself a peanut butter sandwich. then they told me they got a vegetarian pizza. please. Canadian 2-for-1 (or any others for that matter) does not offer vegetarian ones though they say so. i spent more time trying to pick out the onion slices than eating the pizza (which i think i wasnt even supposed to eat but i did or it'll be wasting money) went over to e!hub to play at the arcade with the class,and played till quite late,about 12am. 2/3 '06 came over to borrow bikes at about 3am (i had managed to sleep for about 2 hours cos the air conditioning was too cold) went to the dining room for awhile and slept under the desk in the living room at about 5am. the floor was dirty,but i didnt mind. i was warm and that was enough for me. had to check out early on wednesday morning. ate the watermelon with the class and helped to clean up. watched ellen on tv. its such good entertainment. i hope i get to watch it again soon,like next week,because they are going to invite stephenie meyer! wooh~ waited for the shutle service to reach the chalet. then i saw (when i was on the bus) a Tangs plastic bag. luckily i just blabbered about whose it was. otherwise Barrie would have lost his stuff. on the train,joled was all: "after this not friends anymore... getting results on monday." it was sad to think about it like this... but at the class blog koonie said want to have another chalet december this year,so maybe can meet again? i hope we can get it!also chatted with joled about anime..mostly KHR.. i'm at episode 42 now.. cant wait to see when Tsuna fights Xanxus!and that was the end of the chalet!!! cosplay updatesall the while i was waiting for the flute to arrive (in clara's hands) and i finally got to play it yesterday! i went to clara's after work (i went to work from the chalet) and got dinner at her house. it was harder and easier than i expected. easier because i got the sound quite okay. it sounds clear which is a god thing. but it was harder because i had problem controling the airflow and i suck with the fingering. i did manage to play the notes do,re, and mi at the end of the 'lesson' but i couldnt play fa. it sounded like mi. maybe i was pressing the wrong keys. i'll have to practice! gambatte~ new stuff?yeah,i learnt and tried a lot of things just at the beginning of the year,which i think is really cool! i hope this year will be a good one. the new stuff:play Atlantica Online (i just got my character sincei have no time to play at the moment)play the "99" card gamedrinking alcoholic drinks.
